Meeting rooms and conference

Modular conference rooms, equipped with facilities and modern technology, are ideal both for small meetings and for meetings and conventions. Any heavy and bulky equipment for demonstrations or exhibitions can be easily carried and installed in the room.

The rooms are opened to the outside, they receive direct sunlight and can be arranged, depending on the different needs, like in a classroom, horseshoe shaped, an auditorium (chairs with or without writing top), with conference table or show-room arranged, and any other special request.

The technological equipment of the conference centre includes audio-visual equipment, video projector, Internet connection, Wi-Fi and ADSL connection with video- conference facilities.

Upon request, translation services and simultaneous recording of the event are available.

At the conference centre, the Grand Hotel Europe offers the possibility to organize coffee break and buffet services, which can be prepared in the same rooms or adjacent rooms.
